Our products are handmade, some variations, especially in the block-printed fabric goods is expected. However, if for some other reason you are not satisfied you may send your purchase back, without any damage, in the original packing within 14 days, for exchange or refund.
We do not refund cost of postage
If any products have been cut or customised for you, they will be done so only after your approval. Refunds or exchanges, if any, will be given on a case by case basis.

Shipping Information
All orders will be mailed within 1-3 days on payment, standard delivery is with Royal Mail. We do not mail on bank holidays.
UK mainland delivery - We deliver Monday-Saturday, except bank holidays.
We ship internationally using tracked and signed for services. Any customs and VAT will be taken care of by the buyer.
